Slow on Chrome

Had to reformat my comp last week, ever since Beyond has been incredibly slow on Google Chrome. It is pretty decent when only one tab is open.

I don't have this problem with any other websites.

Any idea what the problem could be?

yeah man I've noticed this also. It really lags but it only seems to be this site and not on IE. Hakkola do you find it just sits there requesting for a long time but once it goes it loads pretty quick? this is the issue I have.

Thanks for looking into it rage2. Also since were talking about this stuff. Are you able to install a return to top button on the forum. I think it would be extremely useful on this site (well any site really). If you want to know what I mean go to

and scroll down. It will appear in the right bottom corner.

Really? Chrome is noticeably faster than firefox or ie on every computer I've used it on.

i noticed this too, on chrome + multitab + flash ads.

That would be kinda cool, but in the interest of saving Rage2 some work, look down at your keyboard: There should be a button labeled "home" somewhere on there (likely located close to the button labeled "end"). Hit that one and see what happens.;)

mac? if so use Fn+left=home and Fn+Right=End....Enjoy.

oh and good here on Chrome with ubuntu 9.10, prob from a someone's sig or maybe a embedded pic/video :dunno:
