WTT: Xbox 360 20gb for PS3

All of my friends are on the PS3 network and I'm moving out of town, looking to be able to beat them at NHL 10 once in a while, so I have the following items for trade, looking for PS3 gear.. Looking to trade most 1 for 1, will part out for sale if the offer's right.

1 x messenger chatpad

Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
UEFA 2007

Guitar Hero 5 software
Rock Band 2 with one of the most expansive libraries out there (all RB1 and RB2 songs as well as over $100 in downloaded tracks)
2 x Rock Band guitar
2 x Rock Band Mic
2 x Rock Band Drums (one set is virtually brand new, the other's pretty used)

Recently purchased one year xbox live subscription as well, not sure how this would transfer, but I'm sure we can figure it out. If not, I'll just lock it down and then you can purchase a new one.

I have quite a large kit altogether, so I'll do part outs, trades and whatever it takes. The things I am looking for in return are:

One thing I should mention though is that I won't be parting out other stuff until the console is traded.. obviously it doesn't make sense to start trading for PS3 stuff if I don't have a PS3 yet...
