You can get these done quickly and efficiently online or go to the asian cell shops(China Town or one in market mall). You can also buy them off ebay. Hope that helps

Keep in mind (in regards to the "cheap" ones for $10-20 on eBay), those are usually for GSM only - Bell/Telus cost usually $55-75+ depending on where you go. Just a heads up. :)
