Just wondering, are these things bright? I mean, bright enough to safely drive on the highway at night, for example?
All the pics I've seen, they don't look like they emit a lot of light... but the pics are never of the ground in front of the car. ;)
Can anyone help me out? Thanks!

um....the angel eyes themselves don't project any light....they're just fo' sho' :P.....you can only see the angel eyes when you have your lights turned off :P

Hm. In that case I'm afraid I don't understand how they work then.... a set of angel eye projector headlights shows the halo with the lights are off? But project normal beams when you turn the lamps on?
These particular ones use H7 bulbs... if that matters...

The "angel eye" part only refers to the glowing led ring around the actual projector. The light output you see on the road will come from the H7 bulb in the projector, which will be as bright as a standard headlight unless you buy aftermarket bright H7 bulbs.

watch out on that diy crx mod, regular halogens will melt that ring and get you into hella electrical problems. One of my friends had to replace alot of wiring and a headlight assembly doing that
