what's the diameter of the CF roundels pls :) Man your room mate has some pretty sweet items....

one is 8.0 inches
one is 8.5 inches
both measured from side to side
one is for the hood, one is for the trunk, both bought for E39.

Oy!!! 8.0 inches / 8.5 inches, do you mean 8cm / 8.5cm?? If so they will fit my whip....I'm in Calgary, so do you want to wait a couple weeks for the exchange??

i just checked, and i think only the hood one fits your car.
the trunk emblem is differnt than yours, i checked part numbers.

my trunk emblem:
78mm Part # 51.14-8 203 864 fits:
1997~2003 E39 5-series include E39 M5

(OEM replacement parts) BMW 8-Series.

2001~2005 BMW E65 7-Series

2000~2006 BMW X5

BMW Z3 side emblem

hood emblem:
Hood Emblem Diameter = 82MM Fit BMW all models
