2 bathrooms one downstairs , 1 upstairs
Double car garage with loads of parking
Close to the bus stop & close to the LRT & Southcentre mall, threatres.
Rent is $525.00 + Damage deposit per month including Utils, Internet & Shaw + Cable. + Damage deposit (use of washer & Dryer as well)
House is located in Southglen just off of Anderson road
NO DRUGS & THIS IS A NON-SMOKING HOUSE. If you have to smoke it's outside.
No one under the age of 20 & you must be working.
Will consider male or female . Gay or straight doesnt matter.
Must be responsible as this house has eveyone working but on occasion we have get togethers for bdays & such.
3 males live in the house. We will respect you if you respect us.
There is a nice backyard & we will be getting a firepit for the backyard. Also we have a common area where we will have a big screen TV so yer welcome to use that as well.
*Soon to have a newer dishwasher also & new washer dryer
