i got my upper control arm on the driver side installed 2 times. A week after each installed, the ball joint bushing teared and grease leaked out. Can someone help me what is going on? Thank you in advance.

Incorrect installation?
Is the boot tearing down the side, or is it just a sliding boot design where the boot doesn't seal at the bottom edge?

the ball joint bushing tear in the middle, not a small tear but a big tear. my car is 2003 3.2tl types.

Is it a greaseable joint? If so then you (or who ever) may be overfilling it. It happened to me once.
