this may be a futile attempt. but like the title says im looking for a cheap winter beater something just to get me through this winter kinda leaning toward a civic hatch either eg or ef, something that doesnt need work. looking to spend a max of $700 on it. and would prefer something with an inspection already done. or something that would for surely pass. i just wanna get in the car and drive basically without worries of insurance or anything like that. so lemme know what you got. thanks :)
