Put $1000 down by Credit Card at Mayfield Toyota on Nov 21st, told it would be refunded if asked by Finance Manager, signed contract as you would guess No S/N, No Stock Number only Model # Stupid me !

Changed mind as this all felt very wrong, Spoke to Salesman Tuesday, issued deposit refund request via email on Wednesday, confirmation read by Salesperson today, Still within FairTrade Act's 10 day limit... Any reasonable hope of a refund or does Mayfield Toyota not have to honour its' word ? Does the Act have any teeth ? Any suggestions besides Buyer beware of Mayfield Toyota ?
