So the film 'Blood, Sweat and Beers' is about the Bentley Generals ( coached by Brian Sutter) and follows them throughout their season in their quest for the Allan Cup.
They shot about 100 hours of film and cut it down to about an hour - but it's pretty rough apparently. That said, there's grown men crying from the stress and from their wives divorcing them during the season and also from the gratitude of their wives' support.
There's "good emotion and good hockey"

Looks pretty good, premieres at the Red Deer Memorial Centre tomorrow but might not make it into theatres (Plaza/Globe, not Chinook or the like) or on TV for a little while but keep an eye out. I'll try to update when I can.
