Two gloves are better than one glove.

Maybe there is some sarcasm I can't detect here, but....

I think what "G" meant was that "Glove" is still spelled correctly, therefore, spell check wouldn't have helped the OP.

From a hand out I give my clients

• lowers cholesterol; brings LDL down while HDL
stays the same
• reduce plaque, making it powerful for
cardiovascular health
• antiplatelet activity; keeps blood platelets from
sticking together
• decreases risk of stomach and colon cancer
• can help fight the common cold and shorten the
duration of cold symptoms
• can modestly reduce blood pressure
• crushing or chopping raw garlic is the way to eat
it so you can gain all of the health benefits
• antifungal – may help heal yeast infections

Allicin is the active ingredient in garlic. It is a sulfur containing compound that gives us the smell as well. This compound gets destroyed through cooking however. So if you do choose to cook with it do so only for up to 10 minutes. The best method would be to have one of your "gloves". One glove per day will give you the most benefit. Chewing for approximately 20 times. It should taste very hot.

As for the smell. I don't know what to tell ya. I know that I personally don't smell of garlic. I asked friends and such as that was a concern. I eat one clove raw each day.
