I know this might be a stretch asking here but can anyone recommend a decent Kamloops restaurant?

Not to pricey and not to cheap for about 12-15 people?

Price range maybe $35-50/person?

While not at the highest end of the 'classy' table, Kelly O'Bryans Irish Restaurant is a pretty decent place with good eats & drinks...

Fogg & Suds as well... this might be a better choice since it's a larger restaurant... good food & drinks... more of a pub atmosphere, but it's still very decent.

Both of them are located downtown on Victoria Street... about 3 blocks apart.

I 2nd Kelly O'Bryans for sure. When I lived there, we ate there all the time. Really good drink selection. Really good food.

If I remember right, Chapters Viewpoint was really good back in the day also.

Sorry haven't lived there for awhile but I do remember both being very good.

I know Kelly O'Bryans. I'm living in Kelowna right now and it's a great place.

I have to take some clients out for a dinner on Sunday night in Kamloops and I just don't know any of the restaurants. Wanted to have more of a sit down restaurant feel than a bar/pub feel.

Might just do Earls or something.

Edit: Just going to do a place like Milestones. BTW Pacho's at Kelly O's are amazing!

Might not fit your exact criteria, but we've enjoyed the "madisens" dining room at the South Thompson Inn & Conference Center.
http://www.stigr.com/index.php

It used to be a guest ranch before it became a conference center, and has the fencing and pastures of the horse operations. It's about 15 minutes East of Kamloops (you go to the North side of the river at the Lafarge/Wildlife Center exit, and then a bit further East).

12 - 15 people would probably take up most of the dining room, but the food has been very good whenever we have stopped there. The menu changes with the seasons, and they print off a personalized menu if you're staying there, so I can give a few examples from last time.

$12 Lobster and Brandy Bisque with Giant Tiger Prawn
$16 Seared Diver Scallop & Braised Pork Belly with Soy Ginger Glaze and Citrus Aioli
$40 Pistachio & Dijon crusted Rack of Lamb with Organic Carrot & Ginger Reduction
$39 Beef Tenderloin on Red Creamers with White Truffle Porcini Sauce
$35 Garam Masala Crusted Halibut with Citrus-Pink Peppercorn Sauce
$36 Duck 3 Ways - Peking Breast with Hoisin Maple Sauce, Crepe of Confit, and Foie Gras with Blueberry compote
$10 Dark Belgian Chocolate Pate or Cheesecake or Vanilla Bean Creme Brule

The dining room is small and intimate, overlooking the pool and river.

They overnight the guests on the Rail Tours as well, so always best to make reservations. And for those needing a pet friendly place to stay, pets are free if you stay in the stable suites, and a small extra fee if you stay in the main lodge.

The Keg in Kamloops is really nice. I think my favourite place though was a pub called Duffy's. I also agree that Kelly O's is great as well as Fogg and Suds. I think Fogg and Suds had a name change but it is located on Victoria Street across from the casino/Executive Inn.
