If those places don't have it, shipping from Digikey is fairly quick.

When I need components I always try (in this order)
MRO, Active, B&E, Digikey

Usually I am impatient like a little kid and want whatever I want the same day and don't want to wait for shipping. That said, Active tends to be massively over-priced on almost everything, so you really do pay for convenience. MRO has been pretty reasonably priced and have been really good about getting me components on the same day, plus they have been really honest, sometimes I go to order something and they tell me straight up that they will just order it from digikey and mark it up, so I should go home and order it so I would pay less for it and have it delivered right to my house.

Digikey can be difficult to use. I often search under less specific terms and then manually pick out the one that matches what I need and is available in small quantities.

If you look in their catalogue, the 1/5W pots may be bulk only, but the 1/4W are available as singles. Since the wattage rating is higher than what you need, this would work as a substitution.

Here is the PN for that pot. DK PN: CT2240-ND
