What is the absolute latest time I could pull in and get a parking spot? Gracias.

For real? Oh, probably noon. 2:00pm

Get serious, there is no good answer for your Q - any day of the week and the accompanying weather can mean a different answer. This is just something you have to figure out for yourself.

I lived down there last year. Before the 3$ parking, it was like 6:45-7. Now, i think there are always spots.

Got the last spot at ~7:45 a week or 2 ago when the snow was impacting driving conditions (more people take the train). Normally it's 80-90% full by 7:40. I imagine it does actually fill up most days in the winter.

It does still fill up most days. People that live in this area would most likely pay the 3$ a day to save the gas. I didn't but I know alot do. I also don't go to SAIT anymore so no need for the train. I would sometimes get there at 7 and still not find a spot on either side. It got pretty frustrating sometimes.

With the snow out even the South side of Fish Creek is filling up by 8:30.

Anderson is always an option. It's mostly empty every day.

Full by 7:40 am. I just go to Anderson if there are no spots left.
