iPhone and receiving mms?

so i got an iPhone about a month ago with telus and i have had no luck with their customer service and they can't seem to get my phone to receive picture messages. neither me or my roommates iphones will receive picture messages but they can both send them fine.
and yes my plan includes them

any suggestions?

tell them you want a new phone, i couldnt receive text messages with a new phone from fido, i told them, they tried to fix it, then they just gave me a new phone that worked

you bought the phone FROM telus correct?

if so, i dont see the problem with getting it warrantied, (what i had to do, got a new phone back in like 5 days)
