Please bear with me as I am new to this and dont know much about command starts.
I have a Ford command start in my 2004 Ford Escape.. just last week I took it to Ford and they had to fix the antitheft and reprogram the command start. It has been working fine.
Then this past week in the bitter -40 cold, my car battery almost died, but did not totally go dead (as everything in my car still works fine, did not have to boost it, have been driving my car with no problems since).
Now my command start wont work, and neither will any of the buttons on the key pad (lock/unlock).
Any ideas on how to reprogram it? I dont know a model number, but I know it is a Ford factory command start.
Any help would be appreciated.

locate your hood pin

hold down the hood pin

release the hood pin

then press and release quickley

turn the key to the on position and then off

hold the lock button, and the lights should flash
