Hit and run was in the Elgin area of Mackenzie Towne.

If you would keep your eyes open for a damaged Nissan, I'm sure Ktrain would appreciate it.

Guys, they guys S10 was hit very low. The bery bottom corner of a S10's drivers door right by the wheel well. I can't think of a single angle where an Armada, Pathfinder or Titan could've hit that low and only damaged that one area.

If an Armada hit an S10 I'd imagine the entire door would be done and maybe even the window....

You're totally right, I think someone planted false evidence to throw him off the trail :facepalm:

OR... just maybe, the S10 was parked up on some snow, just like every curb in Calgary has right now?

Assuming he has stock tire sizes, the hit looks like about 20" off the ground, are you saying Titan/Armada's have a taller bumper height then 20"?

We are looking for a 2007/2008 Nissan Titan or Armada, dark charcoal or black in color. Front end damage, missing part of the grille and the foglight. Mackenzie area. Posted on another calgary forum.

Im just saying that it doesn't make sense that the damage is that low and small for what parts came of the Armada/Titan. my street is pretty level so I never thought of that. Calm down.

looking at the rim i'm assuming that the S10 is the 4x4 and it not that low to the ground to start with.

also assuming that is a 30inch tire and the impact point is 3/4 the height of the wheel (maybe a little more) your looking for something that has a bumper 22-25inches from the ground. Anyone have a frontier and a tape measure handy?

Dont all armadas come with fog lights stock? I dont think i have ever seen one without fog lights.

Not too sure on the Armada, but I seen a fair amount of Titans with just the black cover instead of the light.

Anyways, at work now and did some investigating for you and its a 03-07 Titan you are looking for.

The 62310-7S000 is an out of production part # and it changes up to either 62310-7S200 or 62310-7S300, the 62310-7S000 was for 03-07 Titan/Armada, also foglight cover can come on either the Titan or the Armada as it was an option but most Armada's came with fogs. My guess leads to the 03-07 Titan, and seeing that it was a black bumper endcap with foglight cover, I am guessing it is an XE base model.

With that info CPS could do a search in the registry and probably narrow it down to <5 cars.

What was that story lately where they narrowed down all the silver vans in the area, canvassed the area and found the one they were looking for in under an hour? The motive had to be there as it was a high profile case. A small hit and run, unfortunately, isn't worthy. (It should be)

I saw a black Titan with damage to the Front Left corner (missing pieces of the bumper cover too). I will check tonight if the pieces are a match or not.

Edit: not the titan i thought it was. The one I saw has damage in the same area, however it has the fog lights (in the pics you can see the fog light cover- which only come on models w/o fog lights)
