just a question about tires and rim sizes...

for example, would a 175/70/r13 fit into a tire that reads 185/70/r13?

i dont know much about how it works and someone tried explaining it to me..

Smaller width, same ratio means shorter tire.

Your speedo will be off by 2.4%, it will register more kms than you actually travel.
