Jailbroke iPhone need help

Have a jailbroken iPhone 3g! I have cydia and winterboard but when downloading sbsetting or springboard themes they are not showing up in my winterboard list!

Wondering if there is a theme download I need to install or what!?

I did mine a while back and had nothing but problems with the buggy JB software... If you like a clean system I'd say restore it back to normal.

sbsetting themes show up in the sbsettings settings.

springboard themese are old - used with summer board I think.
