I need to trim down my thighs and waist. They are bigger then the rest of my body. I usually wore relaxed fit or straight leg jeans but they look funny on me. I am 5'8 @ 165 pounds. Would like to trim down a bit and go down to 140 ish. What do you guys think?

WTF? LOL!

Down to 140? That's -25lbs.

Well if you are serious, there are two ways you can do it.

#1. Master Cleanse. Take 10-14 days off work and do this.

#2. Calories in, calories out. Do cardio every day. Eat light and healthy. You'll drop it in 3 months.

What do I think? I think it's retarded.

If your goal is a smaller waist/thighs, focus on that. Don't get hung up on your weight.

^^ Hilarious comment if not  ..

I agree with prae. Lots of cardio and watch what you eat. Your diet will be quite significant into getting to where you want to be. It won't happen right away but you gotta stick with it and eventually you will see results and you don't dare stopping because you're actually seeing what you're doing is working.

Bart does it every year. It's ridiculous but works. Drops 20-25lbs and surprisingly has a lot of energy. He would come play badminton with us the last day of his cleanse. :dunno: :dunno:

what is your workout on the treadmill? are you just straight running at a set speed? If so, you should change up into doing interval training
