Was out shopping and spotted a truck, Mobile Tireworks.
Stopped and spoke with them. Setup an appointment.
Few hours later they came to my door, removed and replaced tires and balanced and installed wheels. Took about 30 minutes.
They are very professional. It's awesome. No more going to the service stations for tire service!
They sell tires too!
Don't know the rules on this but here goes.

I mentioned to them about becoming sponsors here and advertising...seems like a little goldmine to me!

Good luck to them!

mod edit - no contact info for non sponsors

Well if anyone wants the number just pm me!

How much did it come out to?

Sounds sweet. How much per tire?

Wal mart does mount + balance for 11.50, but if it's anywhere below 20 bucks a tire I'd consider using them.

may i ask how they balanced your wheels? i dont see it being very spot on when its on the back of a truck that drives on our smooth calgary streets..

Doesn't take long to recalibrate a machine.

Very cool, I think I might do this. Last time I had kal-tire do my tires, I came back to my car with 4 tires on my leather seats, grease marks on my door, a scratch down the entire length of my car, and the clown hit my security system knock sensor out of my car, was on the ground next to it. :banghead:

They probably used beads to balance, that's just my guess though.

From their website faq

“My vehicle requires special stick-on weights. Are you able to balance my tires?”

Yes, we can provide stick on lead weights to balance your tires. We are also able to locate the weights behind the spokes of your open alloy rims to keep them out of sight.

Their price is more expensive than what my dealership charges but I guess your paying more for convience and their gasoline than anything. Our shop charges $129 total for laser balance/mount and install from 14-19".

Not bad considering you'd be looking at a few hundred bux for someone to come out and replace a single tire on a trailer after hours.. I know, because it sucks.
