Anyone know a good place to buy an extra cigarette lighter outlet? I want to add another one in my car. Picture below.

Not a big risk, as that lighter circuit is fused anyway.

Sure it's a risk when the fuse holder and the wiring itself is questionable quality.

I think you may be over reacting a bit, if you're thaaaat concerned,
you could simply wire it in with yor own wires and into the same wiring as your exisiting cigarette lighter, and then all your problems are solved.
