I believe this is made of stainless steel, has a nice blade which can be adjusted to the width you need. It is electric obviously. Selling it for $40. I think we paid $120 in stores for it, still in good shape, looks new.
We used it primarily for making super thin slices of chicken and roast beef. We are moving and trying to get rid of a few things to make this easier lol.
