Its currently running windows 7. I can put a selection of operating systems on it if you choose to buy it. windows xp, vista, or linux would be available.

trying to google the unit but doesn't come up as a touchscreen (U90x).

the touchscreen is a custom addition as is the bluetooth. its all plugged in, not soldered, can be removed if needed for warranty or replacement.
