Any of the Thai restaurants would have that. I like the one at Thai Sa-on best.

Safeway Crowfoot has an Asian section behind the deli which sells Tom Yum soup powder packages.

we have 3 kinds of tom yum going soup base pastes all from t&t and lambda market, there are frozen packets with lemongrass and tamarind and paste included inside.

I just had the Tom Yum Talay at Bangkoknoi, i didn't think it was very good. And at $13.95 they could have at least put more then 2 little shrimp in it.

I had to order an appitizer after the soup came, it was very small.
