Even with a reciept, what would the warranty implications be of it having been owned by somebody else? That makes it worth a lot less then the full store price, to me anyways...

i bought it with cash so it shouldn't matter, there's no way they can tell who actually purchased it.

If it's really an accidental purchase rather than a way to make a quick say $30 or so...why not just return it to the store and get the full amount back?

I personally don't see the point of posting it up here for sale...when anybody can simply walk into BB and buy a new one themselves. How much would the buyer be saving realistically? Not to mention that fact this is an Xbox that is considered nowadays to be fairly common. It's not like the Wii when it first came out and people were willing to pay double what it's worth.
