can halo bulbs be changed?

i bought a set of projectors for my civic, and one of the halos burnt out.. now im wonder how to change out the bulb if i can.. it dont look like from the back i can change it that way.. so if i was to pop off the front housing could a guy change the bulb?

btw they are eagle motorsports for a 88-89 civic/crx

halo bulbs are simply turn and pull style from all the ones we sell at work anyways

so i should be able to pull them out? from the bottom of the housing i assume... i will go have a looksie...
