too good to be true. i emailed the seller, here was her reply

"Hello ,
I want to thank you for your interest in buying my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 with automatic transmission. It is in great shape, no engine problems, damages or hidden defects and it has a clear title. All power and optional equipment work perfect. It has an 4.7L V8, 69,840 miles, clear title, a perfect car, the VIN# is 1J4GW58N62C236254 and the price is $3,100.I`m an oil expert and I moved to Iraq with my family because I have a two years contract with an oil company but the vehicle is still located in Canada.
We will use Yahoo! Autos Protection Program for our safety because I don't have relatives in Canada. If you are interested in buying my car, e-mail me and I will explain you how Yahoo! Autos works.

Thanks for your interest!"

It's entirely possible they were copied from another ad, but all the specs and options in the first ad are legit. I doubt most scammers would research into Addco swaybars and FIPK intakes. Heck, if the Jeep's here in Calgary, why not just ask where it is so you can see it in person? That'll be the real legitimacy test.

"Yahoo! Autos Protection Program" That right there is the answer to whether or not this is a scam.

When you agree to buy it, he'll send a link to what you think is Yahoo and are getting protection, but in reality it will be a spoof site to look like Yahoo but is controlled by the scammers.

No need for a warning... these scams are everywhere and only fools fall for them.

They are all scams, the first one isn't even a Canadian vehicle.

A fool and his money are soon parted. I know a guy who bought a 2006 m6 off these guys, wait did I say bought it?

There's been a bunch of those on buysell, probably for the last year or so I've been using the "report ad" function at the bottom of the page to report them as scams.

There was a 2005 S4 for sale for only $5000 this morning, actually.

edit: I remember reading somewhere ads like these are lifted from eBay. I don't see why buysell doesn't just ban these people from using their service.. perhaps they have proxies or something.
