wtb: cheap desktop

looking for a cheap desktop for my lil bro to play some internet games and watch videos on youtube. i need something cheap and decent show me what u guys got thanks

I got a tandy 286 with a monochrome monitor and 64k of memory.
And a dot matrix printer.
Not USB compatible.
No hard drive but i do have alot of 3 1/2 inch discs and some 5 1/4
