Tablet/Adobe Help Please

So I have been running the majority of my business from my tablet computer however always run into the same issue.
If a client has filled out the contract 1st and emailed it back to me I am unable to open the document in Adobe and put my initials on it. It seems as thought once the document has been created nobody can alter it.
Does anyone know if a different program I should be trying?

I had the same issue as well before, but then I upgraded to the Adobe Acrobat 9 extended pro, which allows for you to print documents in pdf and still have the capability of writing and editing the document. Hope that helps!
