Double Sided Adhesive (for HID ballast)

I just finished installing my HID kit and the double sided adhesive for one of them seems to be old and unusable. Anybody know where I could get some new adhesive? Industrial strength velcro would work for me as well. Thanks.

The mounting tape works well but I switched from it to velcro just because other work I had to do involved taking out a headlight or two and being able to move the ballasts was a HUGE help.
