Looking for a deck...

Nothing fancy, I want to keep this under $200! However, I do have one BIG need out of this deck; user friendly interface for use with usb sticks. Is there such a deck available? Even a lot of iPod interfaces I've seen have been cumbersome to use (except for touchscreen, but I ain't that ballin'). Its just going in a Talon, and the last deck I bought brand new was a regular ol' Alpine for my Golf, but there was nothing special about it. Any suggestions?!
