Most lube shops will have that oil. When I had a 2.0T I did an oil change at Calgary Honda, Minit Lube and TuneDub and they all had that type of oil.

DYI is cool if you have the time and patience for it.

Castrol Syntec 0W30 is 502.00, and available at Canadian tire. I think it's the only weight that is though, it's the only one that is "Made in Germany", all the other Syntecs at crappy tire are "Blended in USA"

I never had a problem going to your average lube shop. To be on the safe side, call in advance and confirm they have a filter in stock.
