Does anyone still have their Chistmas tree sitting on their lawn?

What were the dates the city had scheduled to pick up old Xmas trees? I've had mine sitting in front of my place for the last week and a half as have many of my neighbours. I'm wondering if anyone knows when I should expect to see this tree dissapear?

Have your tree out by 7 a.m. on one of the following Saturdays:

* Saturday, Jan. 9, 2010
* Saturday, Jan. 16, 2010

Place your tree where you normally put your garbage out for pick up. It will be picked up no later than Monday, January 18, 2010

my buddys neighborhood still has trees that haven't been picked up yet. he actually has 3 of his own trees back there. he had a couple of pine trees in his yard that were dieing so when the weather warmed up he chopped them down and tossed them in his alley hoping they all get picked up.

ROFL!! Im one of those guys. I get real depressed taking everything down. I went all out this year too. Tons of stuff on the lawn..shit load of lights...inflatable Santy Claws...

But I managed to at least unplug the real bright stuff...still have the lights around the gutters on. And just got my tree hauled away on Sunday.
