So I have permission to start a new project.

Well, the wife has given me permission to start a new project vehicle. I have been thinking long and hard about what to do, and I want to stand out from the crowd, I don't want to look like just another civic or teg or bmw. So then I started thinking classics. And it clicked.

I want to find an old AMC Gremlin and restore it and make it a beastly sleeper.

My problem is, I am having a hard time finding any. I have found a couple, but could not convince them to sell it, Ebay has 1 currently listed, but it is pretty far gone (from florida and obvious flood damage).

Anyone have some places that I could be searching or know of any locally?

Hahaha, i don't want to do what everyone else is doing or has done. When was the last time any of you have noticed a Gremlin rollin on the road?

That is a huge consideration. A gremlin should only cost me a few hundred to a few thousand for the car. A classic corvette, mustang or camaro ect, would cost me a mint in any kind of shape.
