Hey All,

So, my band just finished up recording a 4-song EP and are now looking at ways to distribute it electronically.
Right now, here is what avenues I am considering for distro:

BANDCAMP (http://bandcamp.com)
Allows on-line hosting and streaming (like myspace) but also allows viewers to buy on site, and gives the option for
'pay what you choose'.

ROUTENOTE (http://routenote.com)
Routenote allows for distribution through the 'major' retailers, such as iTunes, eMusic, Amazonmp3, etc. There are no sign up fees, barcode fees, annual fees or per track fees, they simply take 10% of all sales.

We aren't planning on doing a ton of sales (or hardly any), so this royalty model sounds best. And no physical copies either.

Other options out there include: ReverbNation, WaTunes, Tunecore, Musciadium, CDbaby and a host of others....

Does any one have any experience with any of these?

Honestly I think you have done your research.

I would also put it on youtube - and put ads or links all over it to go buy it at the place you choose.
