FS: Lenovo W500 Thinkpad

I have for sale a slightly used (but in immaculate condition) Lenovo w500 thinkpad laptop. The w series is the performance line for the thinkpads and it runs super fast. The following are the specs.

- Intel core 2 duo @ 2.8ghz (T9600)
- 4GB DDR3 RAM (upgradable to 8GB)
- ATI V5700 512MB video card
- 15.4" WUXGA LCD @ 1920x1200 resolution
- seagate 500GB 7200 RPM hard drive with g-shock protection
- built in finger print reader
- 802.11 b/g
- cd/dvd burner
- display port/hdmi

overall this is a very powerful machine, will be good for gaming, and for people that use CAD or other graphics demanding software. The price is $1200 however all offers will be considered. On the lenovo site this would be $2100. Also I will throw in a d-link wireless n adapter for this sale. Thanks for looking.

How old is it?

got it in late 2008 around Nov. I was originally using this for school but after i graduated in 2009 I haven't used much of it since I gotta desktop at home so it is in immaculate condition, it would probably pass for brand new.

what's the battery life like?

I get close 3hrs on a full charge, mind you thats when I use it for casual browing etc. The battery is also a 12-cell so its a bit beefier than the basic one provided.
