Most shops have left overs, but they be slim pickings. If you wait two months, most shops will start putting up this seasons boards for sale( up to 40% off)

Are you serious? I'm guessing you are not from around here. 2 months from now is when the best riding occurs in the rockies. Its when you start seeing the bigest snow dumps, All the rocks that were once a problem are now covered, and tempertures start to warm up. Combine those three, and its the best riding anyone can ask for.

Not to mention that Sunshine is open till May 24th

I'm guessing you either don't snowboard, or only go play downhill ice hockey at COP.

By the looks of it you don't snowboard, since you are stating you can't ride until you buy a board. I was under the impression you had one already, and was just looking to upgrade to something new.

So i'd definetly take the recommendation of an earlier post, and go buy a cheap one from sportmart, and spend your time learning at COP.

anyone here stayed at the Sunshine Lodge?

I would phone them right now but in class, so i'll just ask here.

If I stayed 1 night at the sunshine lodge Feb 16th - Feb 17th. Do they charge me once for the lift or twice?

normally it is a package deal, one night two lift tickets, vip parking and a $30 food voucher... under $200 i think? do not remember the price, but they have signs up everywhere

Anyone know if the crowfoot location is better than Macleod location? Don't want to drive all the way up there if they're the same.
