FS: XFX 8800gt Alpha Dog Edition x 2 (Sli)

Selling two used XFX 8800gt Alpha Dog Edition video cards.

Have used them in Sli for the last year and they work great and are still able to play most of the newest games out there including Modern Warefare 2, Dirt 2 and Borderlands all on FULL detail.

These ones are in fact DDR3 512 MB each. So in SLI, you will have 1 GB!!!!

Also includes the Sli bridge. Have orig box for 1 of them, but not the second one :dunno:

$120 firm for both. Will not sell separately.

EDIT: Just pulled out the box, they are 512 MB each card. Sorry for the confusion.

Quick correction, SLI does not pool memory - it interleaves frames or the cards render alt frames.

So in SLI mode you only have 512mb. Crossfire is the same. I say this from tons of personal experience.

Exactly, so there is no reason to post inaccurate information. Games will see two GPUs and a total of 512 MB of video RAM.
