I just moved into my newly built townhouse a month ago and am looking for a roommate to share my place. It's built with a double master bedroom layout so you'll have a spacious bedroom all to yourself!
Here's what you need to know:
- Spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and full ensuite
- Located in Coventry Hills (Lighthouse Landing complex)
- Coveniently located by a number of amenities including Superstore, Sobeys, T&T Supermarket, Empire Studios theatre, Cardel Place, Harvest Hills golf course etc.
- Easy access to Country Hills Blvd. and Deerfoot Trail
- 10 mins to airport, 301 and 116 express buses located a stone's throw away to get you downtown in 30 mins
- Rent includes access to wireless high-speed internet, all digital and HD channels, 52" LCD TV, HDPVR, Xbox 360, PS3
- In-suite laundry, plenty of storage in the basement, dishwasher
