Maybe not, but someone may be selling one for that price. Rings dont go for there appraisal value.

for 200-400 bucks.. better off just going to walmart or somthing.. maybe even a jewlers...beyond is full of ballers..they would sell ya a right if your budget was like 2000-4000 lol

You should check out Ben Moss and shops like that. I was actually looking for a promise ring as well and they had a good selection for that price range as well. Also Pm'ed.
