I didnt realize it, but the phone was unlocked when I got it, so yes the phone is unlocked!

I have a Rogers branded unlocked 9000 I would consider swapping with a little cash for your 9700. How much you looking for? My phone is in good shape and has spent most of it's life in a case so has a lite rubbing on the on the silver surround part from the case. I have all the boxes, manuals, charger, etc.
