Question regarding attachments

When you want to post a picture on beyond right now its comes up like a link you have to click on it. What about uploading and it automadicaly shows up. No clicking needed.

If know one knows what Im talking about 4wheeler.ca has this option. I don't know what its called :(

I get the [IMG] thing but don't you have to have your picture hosted before using this feature?

Ya I host my images on photobucket then I use [img ] [/img ] if I want the full picture in my thread or I use [bimg ] [/bimg ] if I was a smaller image that you have to click on to expand

nah, he means when you upload it through beyond, it doesn't show a thumbnail or anything, just a link.

beyond and 4wheeler use different forum software, so it's obviously a feature that's in theirs, but not beyond's.

ohhhh ok now I know what he's talking about them, I've seen those on there as well.

Attachments used to be automatically visible to all but it was changed to "click-to-view" a couple years ago with the goal of reducing load on the serverz.
