restaurant supply stores

looking to get some new cookware and I've seen a smattering of restaurant supply stores mentioned. Geanel, Hendrix, Russel, Crown. Do they pretty much carry the same stock? I know most don't have weekend hrs which is a bit of an inconvenience. Any recommendations for one over another?

i use hendrix because it's open on saturdays, and near my house. prices are a bit higher than another one in the NE (forgot the name cause i just looked at their website), but it's worth it for the added convenience. what you gonna go for, the all-clad? :bigpimp:

trying to stay away from all-clad. A commercial quality non-stick, a dutch oven and a griddle are on my list.
