Hey All,
I have been planing to sell my condo privately so I can purchase my next home. My question is, do any you guys have any good Real estate lawyers? I have called around and so far the best deal I found is $2300 for the lawyer to take care of the sales side and buying side. I am not sure if this is a good deal or not :dunno: . I have seen many people post on here that a lawyer only cost $500 to $600. I would rather pay under $1400 to sell and buy my new place but if this price is just a myth can anyone recommend a good lawyer. Thanks
