without a doubt.. and I think 45 minutes is optimistic... say something is 'free' and people just go nuts it seems. funny.

I feel sorry for the people working that day in that it was busy as hell mid morning last time this happened. Sounded like there was broken record in the room from hearing "Glass of water and a Grandslam" followed by pennies or dimes being left on the table if they were lucky.
To wrap the overall message, here's a Russell Peters plug "Be a man and do the right thing."

Thanks, I will aviod Denny's that day. LOL I don't usually partake in Dennys anyways, but I wouldn't want to be in that zoo, same thing as Stampede breakfasts.

I went last year. The $5 worth of food wasn't worth the hassle.

Hope your not saying that means that you avoid stampede breakfasts too.

These are one of my favorite parts of stampede time.

Had to wait maybe 10 minutes - pretty efficient getting the brekkies out to tables and turning tables quickly. (Mcleod South location)

On 16th at 10 you get get in almost instantly if you were only a couple. However if you were in a a group of 6 like my friends and I, we had to wait about 20 minutes. Definately worth it though. Those pancakes were wonderfully crispy! woot for dennys
