Pretty much brand new, used less then a month.
Bought SAT RADIO dont need this.

Great for listening to ESPN, TSN podcasts!!!

I have one that I bought back in 2007-2008 and it doesnt charge the 2nd,3rd gen ipod touches nor iphones.
my 1st gen ipod touch worked though.

not sure if they made an updated version that charges as well.
