Just bored at work, and looking up info on my favorite late 60's era car (67-68 Mercury Cougar). Had to lmao at the "limited body roll" comment (From Oct. 1966 Popular Science)

Sweet. I have the sway bar off my truck all together and still has less roll than the Ford in the picture. Times have changed.

haha, i used to drive a '91 olds cutlass ciera that pretty much looked like that in a sharp corner :bigpimp: i had previously thought that "boat" simply referred to long cars... but quick, sharp turns in that thing REALLY taught me what it meant to float like a boat haha.

in retrospect, it was a nice car, but i'm glad i've moved up to nicer, better handling cars hehe

Times are a changing.

$300 for added length and styling? $300 covers floor mats nowadays!
