It's only a good investment if the potential rental income exceeds the mortgage/taxes/fees/etc ...

It's a condo downtown... no shortage of those around.

As Barman said, you need a serious downpayment to make such an investment worthwhile.

My advice to you is. Purchase a forclosure, ive purchased 2 this month and they both asses over 50k more than i paid.
