that turbo looks similar to a t3, can anyone tell me if it has the same flange? If so, i'm very interested!

flanges are quite a bit different form a T3. It uses newer ihi VF style flange.

how would you go about getting a manifold to work with it? Maybe an adapter plate of some sort?

it depends on type of manifold you are using. it would probably require welding a new flange or creating a adaptor plate of some sort.

well, i have a t3 right now, i'm looking for a replacement
if i don't have to modify my manifold and downpipe then i am very interested!!
